A: CPM stands for Cost per Thousand Impressions. The publisher earns a fee each time 1000 ad creatives are displayed.

A: CPC stands for Cost-Per-Click. The publisher earns a fee each time ad creative displayed on their site is clicked on.

A: CPA stands for Cost per Acquisition. The publisher earns a fee once a qualifying action such as sales or registrations is completed.

A: RAW Visitor - A RAW Visitor is counted every time a page is displayed, regardless of whether it is displayed to the same person.
Unique Visitors - Unique visitor is counted when a page is displayed to a person once within a certain period of time. If that same person visits your site again within the set period of time the Gunggo Ad serving system will not count that visit.

A: No, we DO NOT accept and will not pay for traffic from Illegal Sites. These include but are not limited to Warez, ROM's, EMU's, newsgroup postings, SPAM emails or any sites with Illegal Content. Also, any fabrication of traffic will be grounds for immediate termination from our Gunggo Publisher program without pay.

A: Depending on which publisher program you participate in, you will receive different amounts based on the program. Our publisher team can help you establish which program best suits your website(s) and which can generate you more revenue. A: Most of our traffic comes from the United States, Canada, UK, and Australia. However, if you require international traffic, we will fill your entire inventory from any country and ensure quality traffic – just let us know what you need.

A: Gunggo uses an auditing system that ensures all ads have been approved, safe, and do not contain malicious or offensive content. Our account managers will help take care your requests and target or remove specific ads if you require specific country, content, or advertiser blocks.

A: We work on Net30 Payment Terms. Payments are sent (monthly) at the end of every month for the previous month's earnings. For example, our next payment date is May 31 and the payment is for Apr' s traffic.

A: Please send monthly invoices to our accounting team. A simple invoice will do, remember to state your website(s), specified month(s), payment information and amount pending.

A: Our minimum payout amount is $50.

A: We offer payments by Cheque, PayPal, and Wire Transfer. Please know your invoices may be subject to fees associated to these payment methods by third parties (i.e. bank institutions).

A: The amount of payment will be solely dependent on the revenue earned by each individual publisher. We offer a combination of Fixed CPM and revenue share for all our publishers. Please submit your website(s) to our Publisher Program to further discuss our advertising options for your traffic.

A: Payment details can be filled out on your monthly invoices and/or when registering for our Gunggo Publisher Program. Please contact our accounting team on any payment changes and our accounting team will automatically update your file with the registration information provided.

A: Once you successfully join the Gunggo publisher program, you will receive an e-mail with your login/password. Login to your account at: www.gunggo.com/login to view all your traffic information and statistics such as revenue, eCPM, and impressions.

A: In the event that no paid ad campaigns are available at the specific time requested by the publisher site, a "default banner" or Gunggo in-house ad will be shown. Publishers do not earn revenue off in-house ads so we recommend you implement your own default/alternative re-direct ad.

A: Generally, there are some factors that may affect the counting of impressions:

1. Internet surfer's connection speed.
2. How publishers setup their codes.
3. Network issues
4. Pop killers/blockers for pop-unders. However, pop-under's count discrepancy is usually about 15%-35% (due to pop-up blockers), in-page banner is about 5%-10%, and pop-in banner/interstitial is about 7-15%. If you are seeing a count discrepancy greater than 25%, please contact our publisher support immediately since that is above average.

A: Gunggo does not allow ad codes to be generated from user accounts as we have experienced on several occassions where publishers generate ad codes that our advertisers are not looking for.

A: If you can’t login to your account please make sure your username and password are entered in correctly as our login is case sensitive. Also, please make sure cookies are enabled in your browser. If you still can’t login, please contact your account manager for further assistance.

A: Please make sure you review your stats one day after it has been sent as our ZEDO ad serving system reporting has a one day delay.

• Participating Sites cannot display child pornography or contain links to such content.
• Participating Sites cannot be libellous or defamatory in nature.
• Participating Sites must not contain or link to software piracy.
• Participating Sites cannot be used for software trading (warez).
• Participating Sites must not contain or link to any forms of illegal activity (i.e., how to build a bomb, hacking, 'phreaking', etc.)
• Participating sites cannot be proxy sites or contain link(s) to such service.
• Participating Sites cannot contain gratuitous displays of violence, obscene or vulgar imagery or language, and abusive content or content which endorses or threatens physical harm.
• Participating Sites must not promote any types of hate-mongering. (i.e., racial, political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, sexuality-based or personal, etc.)
• Participating Sites cannot participate in or transmit inappropriate newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail (spam).
• Participating Sites must not promote any types of illegal substance, paraphernalia or activity with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice or money-making opportunities.
• Participating Sites cannot be under construction, incomplete or contain little original content.
• Participating Sites must not be a free hosting webpage or personal homepage.
• Participating Sites must not contain any type of content that reasonable public consensus deems to be improper or inappropriate.
• Participating Sites must contain the code provided by GUNGGO intact and unchanged. Websites may contain more than one page containing the code, but only one occurrence of the code is allowed PER INDIVIDUAL PAGE.

A: Yes, we do accept non-English websites as long as they meet our Terms and Conditions.

A: Websites are categorized by content, rather than demographics. Your dedicated account manger will place your site in an appropriate category/channel after tag implementation and ad placement has been verified and approved.

A: For pop-under ads, it is essential for publishers to place our ad code within the tags of the html code. For banner ads, all ad codes must be placed within the first 500 pixels unless otherwise discussed with your account manager.

A: Yes, you can use your same code on as many websites as you like as long as each site complies with our Terms and Conditions. Also, if you are looking to generate statistics for each individual website, you will have to ask your account manager to send you separate tags for each website.

A: We allow a pop-under and banners ads of different sizes to be placed on the same page. However, we do not allow more than one banner of the same size per page.

A: Yes, please ask your account manger to generate desired ad code to provide to your existing ad network.
